Nice races for me.
With such a big field i didn't qualify so started at the back.
No problems on the first lap just trying not to hit someone from the incidents in front.
After that the race settled and although in the middle of the field things were calmer and with few battles.
Race 2 started in the middle of the pack so trying to keep it together while the faster guys climbed their way was exciting. Because of that had plenty of battles through out the race which was great fun.

I have some questions about teamspeak. Are people normally talking throughout the race or just a little here and there to keep things clean, coordinate passing etc? Can you speak with just select people or does everyone hear everything?
As Jeff said, "...its all out...." During a League race, (which Andrew is preparing as we speak), rules are no talking during Qualy & Race except to inform accident, overtaking etc.
However, these 'open races'....plenty of chat.!! Some people just hit the mute setting when it comes to the race so they can concentrate.!

Well if my venting as served a little purpose here, it has at least highlighted the fact that many members do not read the pre race brief and some do not even follow the golden rules.

But I will say in the past I have had some great races in the GSCE club so I hope other rookies won't be put off. The V8's and now these touring cars are really good.
