Using Traction control PRESETS ADAC GT cars?

Anyone use the presets when racing/hot-lapping them?

I find I have to at points, typically when I make a mistake, to keep from spinning out.

Really struggling with these things. I just can't seem to turn well with them.

I normally don't use traction control, I try my best to "learn" the throttle and handling. But for the ADAC and DTM competitions in the past, yes I used it. For hot-lapping when you are pushing that hard, I just gave in since I had countless fast laps ruined by overdoing it. Otherwise I probably would have lost it and and started destroying stuff.
TC is in the game and real cars actually use it so no shame in it. Just like ABS. If you need it to keep from spinning out and ramming others online, by all means use it. In fact I'd probably use it if I raced online.

well GT class uses TC so there is no reason not to use it (if you feel bad about making it easier or unrealistic for you - don`t) .. I usually run at 10-15% with switching it to 20-25% in some corners ..

Interesting. thanks for the info. I am new to this, and assumed people didn't use tc if they are good, so I was trying without the training wheels sort of speak.
