Still nothing.
ok this was my default setting of the g25

Having featured in your "video" being overtaken on the straight at Barcelona where I was running a lot of downforce, I rather enjoyed overtaking you on the last lap, after struggling up from the back, twice.

Congratulations on your wheel and pedals. Glad to see they are slowing you down a bit. Now you know what the rest of us have to struggle with.

Hahah, yes you got your own back there! I was reliably informed that using a wheel & pedals would make me faster, but iwas 0.5s off my best time with the pad at bahrain, and very inconsistent. On the other hand i'm quicker in a caterham using the wheel around knockhill, so maybe the f1 cars suit the quicker reactions of the pad? (Or maybe i'm just useless with a wheel?!)

Oh, your wheel setup is some sort of hmm *not optimal*. :) Try these settings:

-FFB Overall strengh up to 101% (just lower the amount in the game it self, if you like a weaker FFB)
-disable all damping and spring effects, because these are generic ones from the driver and interfere with the FFB effects from GTR Evo
-disable the centerspring - same as above

OMG! what am I doing? But also this did get PM'd to 135 peeps and Keith put it out in an e-mail to all registered ATCC drivers he has on file.

But the usual thread would be where it's located now since it's not an ATCC event. Right? or am I missing something? BTW Dariusz, your on the recipients list for my "Mass Mail/spam Program. He he he LOOL

The calendar, damn it's keeping me from being a real star in the RD staff meetings. I'll get it al together one of these days soon!

Ok i tried everything. lowered the dampsetting of the G25 even the complete driveline of a few cars. it still swaying over the straight part of the track.
Gonna try to do some more things. Hope it will work.

If the car swaying is the Porsche or even the Ferrari (the add-on cars), that is a known problem of the original mod.

The Porsche can't do a straight line (use rear toe-out much higher than front toe-in), even if you mix with the setup, it will always sway a little... in an endurance race at a track like Paul Ricard this means there is less rest in the straight.

The above for instances is one of the reasons why the Mod cars, even with more powerful engines (without the top end power reduction of this event), never won (class) an endurance race... They are kind of fragile (mainly the Ferrari), too tiresome to handle (the Porsche when the tyres start to go plus the straight sway) and their fuel millage can be sort of short.

Im somewhat here. :)

Traveling for 2 days on business, and am hoping to practice Sunday night. But I will more then likely use the Vette as that was the car DHR used last season in STC, and I used it for Paul Ricard in my debut in STC.

See you guys in a few days.

Keith
