Thanks for the great 'race' again. Glen is really great track and I really enjoyed to drive it. Car was little bit slow but okay for this track.

Qualification was very successful for me and I took 1st place very easily...

But then the Race was a very different story as I took red light??? It was a second time I did this same mistake so maybe I should do little more starting practises...Anyway I was too busy so when the game's red light came out I hit the gas pedal down and that's it, sorry if that causes problems to you.

See you on the track very soon...

.... dont know where all the signings for the Masters have gone they are usually full grids, track choice maybe ? I dont know.

For my part I'm just a little busy at the moment. The new HCC season has started (touring cars this year), I am still trying to get to grips with the Camaro Cup car and then there's the planning and practice for next month's RDLMS race which I've been trying to sort out. I kind of liked the idea of a flat out oval race in the Masters but I just couldn't commit to it, wish I had though because I ended up playing FIFA10 clubs with a few mates and it was less than satisfying. It's not the tracks, it's extremely hard to find a track that the Masters don't make fun (Puebla being the exception), it's just a lull and I'm sure the numbers will rise.

This is one of my main bugbears with the racing events here at RD. I've said it several times before that I prefer to race on tried and tested tracks where it is known for good racing, in a league environment. The racing club events are where we should be looking at the more obscure, newer, less used, over-looked, under-rated and quirkier tracks in order to discover the gems that provide good racing that should be used in the league environment. Leagues should be about the racing which requires familiarity, club events about learning and discovering, be it new cars or new tracks or maybe even new race formats as was done with the seriously not serious club.

The beauty of the ultra grippy Masters is that they generally make every track fun to play with, 30 minutes to learn the track and then the rest is just mastering it with a big grin on your face.
