I will complile the skinpack, Making the skin is up to yourself or get somebody else to make one for you.
If you cant then you can simply use one of the standard skins if you like. A basic skinning guide is posted here in this section of the forum to help you on your way.

Yep, Its by far the best roadie we have in ARCA sim racing right now. It drives like a dream.
