Bought this today, had the first one it was ok but resembled Tomb Raider a bit too much. I've been playing it now for a few hours and its utterly incredible just how good this game is. Gameplay is 10/10, Graphics is 10/10 and Storyline is 10/10 its just so gripping and a game that you could play over and over. Loving it.

Yes mate, with out a doubt one of the best if not the best game ive ever played. Amazing!!!

I have this sitting at home and haven't touched it yet after picking up a new slim 250GB.

Do you need to have played the first game at all or can I just jump into this one?

just jump straight on because its a brand new story from the first one

I'd recommend playing through the first, pick it up from Amazon or Ebay cheap. You'll get to know some of the characters in Uncharted 2 who Drake knows from the first game.
