Just thought I'd share my solution to a problem that one of the recent updates has introduced. I have a Samsung G9 and like to run sims in triple mode to avoid a distorted image. Using the triple mode in the new R3E menu resulted in two vertical black bars where the image is split.
After some experimenting, I have found that the solution is to use the Nvidia control panel to set a custom horizontal resolution of 5114 and then set the game to use the custom resolution. Other values may work, this was the first one I found working down from the native 5120.
