I've been enjoying rFactor for a while now (after digging it up a couple of weeks ago) and thought I'd return to the TV style plugin that I was using back in the days of WinXP. However, on my Win8 machine, as soon as I'd installed the plugin, rFactor won't start (screen goes black as if it were to start, but crashes to desktop seconds later saying rfactor.exe isn't working anymore). Uninstalling the plugin did not restore functionality in my rFactor installation, forcing me to reinstall.
Can anyone help me out? Much appreciated!
