Truck skins do not show v 1.3

I had some crash problems with my steam version of the game; i have taken the mods from the mods folder and uploaded a few truck skins for, for example the Volvo FH16.
However when i , in game, go to the dealer, no new skins show in the showroom or option/customize menu
only the standard colors ..?
These skins from here >
http://ets2.lt/en/skin-pack-for-volvo-fh16/
do not show for example ..
Could they be only available for more expensive models of Volvo ?

Moved the thread to the main forum.
As for your skins. Open the profile screen, select your profile and click edit. Now you will see a list with mods on the right. Make sure the mods you want enabled are checked. Then start the game.
