I have released so far 2 tracks, a Pikes Peak climb and Mount Herman's road. For both of them I uploaded the BTB project to the downloads section of this forum. Now I have added the following text in the documentation:

This track is released under a Creative Commons license, so you are allowed to:
Only restrictions are that no commercial use is allowed and you are kindly asked to include in the documentation a link to the original track.

The idea is not to restrict the use of the tracks but to make explicit that any non-commercial use of the tracks is allowed without need to ask (me) for permission.
NOTE: I have released version 1.22 of the Pikes Peak Climb. Version 1.22 is the same as version 1.21 but terrain and road have been split in order to make modifications with BTB faster.
