Track-Grass-Sand?

How is it that I am next to the track where I've made with grass, then sand it wants without any overlaps. So it would look: Track-Grass-Sand

Looks like you've added terrain twice. The first time you have changed the material to the dark grey tarmac.

The dark grey sides should really be part of the track surface materials instead.

Hold down Ctrl and click and drag, starting with one of the points at the edge of the track.
