*IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ*

Historic racing is famous for the gentleman racer era and that is the kind of atmosphere I want to foster in the club. Please take time to read these web pages and try to get an understanding of what racing in this club is/should be all about.

Thanks

The Guide to Road Racing, Part 8: Passing Etiquette - Winding Road

Golden Rule
  1. Be 100% sure it's not your fault and just carry on like nothing happened and take the risk of being banned for 30 days.
  2. Play on the safe side and wait for the affected drivers, knowing 100% sure you will not get a ban.
  • Track limits
    1. No more than 2 wheels over the white/yellow line without a complete lift of the gas please if it is safe to do so.
      You will be penalized if you break our rules
  • Note: Please use your full real name in teamspeak. Not doing so may result in you being kicked from the server if an admin cannot identify you as a premium member.

I will take the coke one, until I'm a big sponsor of them:cautious:

but some of the curbs can be difficult to get back to track without spin, if you brake to late. ;)

Great car and track.

@Denis Betty last time we used the Levin instead of the Trueno because of some problem with the plank damages easely so i was wondering if we are really using the Trueno this time around ?
Yes I got it wrong last time. :redface:
Very sorry Yves, I know that you made skins for the Levin. I always get them mixed up I don't know why. :(

@Denis Betty surprise :roflmao:

Make sure to put all the files that are in the RAR archive.

To have the white rims use the #101 CastrolSprinter to create the skin directory.

To use liveries in game:
Choose a car in game(remember the number on the car). Click tuning/customize, and "create dir".
Find the created folder in: Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\UserData\player\Settings\AE86_Club\(number on car) Unpack zip-file. Paste the all files there, and choose it on tuning/customize in game. Voila! :)

@Jack Smith here's your Trueno livery ;)

Aw she's a beaut.
Better than ever.

Thanks Yves. :D

@Yves Larose, is there a way to modify the texture of the inner windscreen? I don't know about monitors, but in VR it looks horrendous. Like a car which has sat in storage for ten years and has a thick layer of dust over the screen. Facing the sun I can barely see a thing. :O_o:

The skinning templates for the car doesn't include a template to modify the interior windows only the banner in the interior windscreen, that usually mean that the interior windows can't be modify. That said i ran some test to see if the mod creator just didn't include the template for the interior windows but nothing worked. Maybe @Ole Marius Myrvold can have a look at it and see if there is a way to modify the interior windows.

Hmmm, I have changed the windows on my car. You can somewhat make it out that I have different windows here.

Do we think that the Trueno and Levin model uses the same windows? If so I have the template.
I actually cannot find Trueno-template, only Levin.
