btw before the report i wanna say sry for my flashing..... didn't know that is was a not allowed thing in league races, and i didn't know that it was a not write rule of the drivers in the other types of races....i'm still new here in RD and also in the sim comunity so i learn every day new thing... (i drive almost only open whellers where there aren't any flashing)....... i'm really sry if i annoyed Nicholas with the flash, but in this track is almost impossible overtake so i was just having fun with the buttons on my wheel (horns and flash ), but in every case we had a lot of fun......until the last lap where i really drove bad..so sry m8 also for the bumps in the last lap....maybe i try too much to overtake you and miss some brake point......i drove really bad in the last lap, was like if i put a "destruction derby mode ON" so i'm really sry for that.....

P.S: btw here in Italy lights are mandatory in tunnels.....damn italian's Highway Code ehehheh

Evening full of fun in Merc! This famous track is more great in WTM, and very dificult to drive smoovly.

Before the race I assumed that I'll be the last one on the grid, but I wasn't, mostly because I managed to finish both races:wink:. Well that's mean too much Clio recently.
What can I say more...Huge gap to the Big Fishes, around 7 sec/lap. I hadn't many battles, cause I was to slow for them...one exception short figths in R2 with Abdul: one in the begining, and one in the middle of the race. Once more sorry for causing Your spun. I touched your bumper very gently, but seems it was still too hard...:wink:, Never mind it was al my fault. Sorry again.

This was fun. I tried the Merc after seeing how poorly I was doing in heavy-ish M6; it's was a completely different experience, the car was way more stable, a bit understeery, but manageable. I didn't shine in qualis, but there were really solid names on the grid, so I wasn't bothered by it.

Both races followed a similar scenario - punt in T1 resulting in spin (both times I was given back a position, so no hard feelings there, it's a club after all ), which meant chasing down the pack. R1 seen me overtaking 2 or 3 guys and I was closing in on Julien when I screwed up and went too tight in T1, spinning out. Then I got back to racing with Can - it was "slo-mo dicing", i.e. me spinning and being overtaken followed by Can kissing the guardrail and losing a position couple laps later.

R2 was a chase too, but I smacked my front left wheel badly on lap 3 and the car started pulling heavily to the left. Overall I spun twice because of my clumsiness. Finished 8th or 9th IIRC.

Overall it was fun, I've liked the Merc and I was constantly improving my sluggish pace in that car; I'm pretty sure I'll drive it some more in next club events. Thank all of you guys for nice, clean racing, even though a bit spread out on the lengthy track .

Good night for me. Decided to use the M3 as the Supra just wouldn't go around the corner.

Q1: Qualied in 7th with a PB.

R1: Made a good start and held my position till I spun at the top of the hill. Lost 3 places but managed to gain them back in the next few laps. Was faster than Mattia but I made a mistake in the chicane which put me back and then everytime I got close I made another mistake. Chris spun on the penultimate lap which gave me 6th.

Q2: Worse than Q1 and was 8th.

R2: Made another good start and profited from the incident Lukasz had. Ran 7th by a mile all race but couldn't get past Mattia. Don't know what happened to the tyres but I was lapping about a second slower than race 1 but after Dariusz spun, I got up to 6th and was able to fend him off over the last couple of laps to take another 6th place.

Race 1 threw it all away with spins, mustve lost abpout 3 places lilke that.

Race 2, everyone seemed to be napping at the start and I was boxed in so couldn't make any positions up. Then couple of laps later i had damaged my car, got spun at the hairpin and into the invisible kerb ditch thing. Couldnt get out, race over

My Report..... this was my 3rd race i think with those cars after a LOT of time and on that track was really amazing.....didn't have any good setup so it was really a challange.

Race 1 was able to finish 5th, did some fights with Chris, but it wasn't easy stay with him because he was more fast and also he had steam that was downloading and so he was lagging like hell and his ping was really amazing sometime (like 900+). But he did a mistake and behind me Adam, that was also more fast, did a mistake too and so i took my car at home without pressure.

Race 2 for the first 3-4 laps after the first lap i was gaining on Adam and loosing on Nicholas, but Nic did an error and so we did the whole remain laps toghether, with nice fights, also if i wasn't able to pass him, his Supra was a rocket on the straight....tried a move in the last lap just for have more fun....the only place where i was a bit more fast was the Casino harpin, so i tried there but Nic defend his position well and so he finished the race in front of me!!! really a nice, fair and clean driving for you m8!!! sry again if i annoyed you yesterday with my lights, really don't know that thing, so really again sorry it will not happens again....and sry for the bumps in last laps.....i tried everything, maybe a bit to much, but in every case i didn't want take advantage for that so your 4th and my 5th position were well deserve i think!!!

Sorry for the ping issue. At least I sorted it out for race 2. Shame I couldn't have a good battle with anyone I just couldn't get any car to work there

As the only person on server in a Supra, felt like I had something to prove last night.
Qualifying 6th for R1 and 5th for R2 felt like the best I could do in both sessions.

Race 1 found the hole in the pavement on lap 1, so dropped to dead last from 5th place ¬_¬
I DC'ed with about 4 corners to go on the last lap so I have NO idea if i finished 10th or lower. :S

Race 2, couldn't keep pace with the Alfas, and Steinbeck and Butcher in the Beemer and Merc respectively. The only positions I seemed to make were benefitting from Dariusz and Chris' misfortunes, ironically both at the same place i'd had mine in race 1.
Had to deal with Mattia flashing his lights at me almost all race-long, and things got ugly on the last 2 laps, but fended him off to keep 4th.

So i was the 3rd driver to get stuck in this non existing hole after the hairpin , but i managed to pull through after about a 1 min of burning my tires. Bloody bugs lol.
