Touring/GT sequential shifters?

Its only a handbrake nothing else.

I maked some photo's during a race and planing to build one my self (as a handbrake)

Its realy not that hard build one but if you have no skill with metal of machinery ask a friend or someone who haves.

so its a sequential shifter with a handbrake on it ? thats pretty nifty. I can see why drifters would use that.
