Just so you know, your livery folder path in the zip is wrong. It should be installed in "vrc_formula_na_2021_oval" but when you drag and drop and your zip without checking, it installs to "vrc_formula_na_2021_road"

Hotfix

This fix a error in the folder name. Delete the other folder in vrc_formula_na_2021_road (If you don't want a dead road skin, sure).
