the livery is only locked, when you dont have the bike! it isn't possible to pak an ingame editor file! buy the blue bike and search the skin!

Calicojack i tried tired & now giving up.. i buy the bike & try to search the content its still off. i m using a torrent version.is that the reason? it shows milestone services can not be reached & some contents will nt b accessible. No idea. i will attach a img. if u like to help me in anyway plz.

i'm not sure, if stickers are picture-files! i think it could be possible that they are some kind of encrypted files!
