Paddle shifters from Fabia WRC looks like, they don't really fit with this car. If you use CSP they can be hidden, makes the cockpit much better looking. Add this to ext_config:
[MODEL_REPLACEMENT_...]
ACTIVE = 1
FILE = tmm_fabia_r5_dtri.kn5
HIDE = PADLO_PREDNI, PADLO_ZADNI, PADLA_CEPY
