I have a Thrustmaster T500, which I'm having difficulty with the FFB. When I am driving around a corner the wheel does not seem to give any feedback on the grip levels. I do not seem to get feedback for the level of grip that the car has on the road, the resistance on the wheel does not change when I drive around the corner and start to accelerate the car past it's limit of traction.
When the car is under grip around the corner, it has resistance, when I accelerate the car past the cars limits and start to skid and spin off, I get no feedback to tell me that the car is starting to skid and lose traction.
I have tried following the steps that several of the forum topics suggest for setting up the T500 and have no success.
I am currently relying on the sound of the wheel squeel to judge when I lose grip.
Please assist.
