Welcome
Ladies and Gentlemen, start your engines, F1 Time Trials are back!

Slightly different format this season - every two weeks a new track will be decided.
Now, last year we had some run away winners, so we need to level the playing field a bit.
This season, you must post both a wet and dry time for each circuit. (wet lost interest on it's own last season)
The winner will be determined by the average lap time of wet and dry combined.
The winner of each event gets to choose the next circuit.

Rules
You must not use any assists while setting your time.
For your time to be accepted, you must post a screenshot (PC) or photo (PS3, 360) of the leaderboard showing your lap time.
(this helps us verify no assists). This must be embedded in the forum post, no links (takes longer to check) We will not accept videos, for this same reason. Do not upload pictures to the forum, use flickr, photobucket etc.
Please also update your forum profile to include your gamertag.
When you post you time, please mention your platform, PC, PS3, 360.

Have fun, competition closes on 7th Octber, 9pm GMT.

1st place in wet (no assists) :D

Btw feel free to add me as I would like to race against serious races and not those rammers that play online =[

1:18:793 in the dry, #57 atm, feel free to check as I'm too lazy to take a screen shot of that =p

Part of the rules is posting the screen mate, not making James go looking for it. If you are too lazy to post your entry into a competition - how do you expect anyone else to want to do it for you?

Nonetheless Bunz has a pretty good Wet time.

I've gotten to 1:17.08 dry, 1:25:xxx wet (PC). 11/11 springs are not magically better in time trial compared to 10/10 or less; I've tried 11/11 and it hasn't worked for me as well as other setup tweaks. though it may help some. 10/10 seems good enough. I don't know how strict you guys are going to be about cleanliness of laps, or if we're just going to use the rules the game has laid down to prevent corner cutting? My 1:17.08 time certainly isn't perfect, but it was well within what the game considers okay. If you're going to strictly enforce staying-within-the-lines I'll gladly do a cleaner lap with video. I think the main thing is that everyone follows the same rules, whatever they are, but James is the one to decide. :)

only guessing but i think this might be my result, if i am wrong please correct my math skills I am long gone from school :)

Dry: 1:15.859
Wet: 1:22.455
Avg: 1:19.157
Dif: 5.479
Score: 108.71

It's not as simple as 11/11 springs, because I tried those and it wasn't that much faster (actually I couldn't get a better lap at all with them). Maybe the other parts of my setup weren't complimentary to the "bug".
