Time of day moving to fast Can't find setting

Hi , me move setting of multiply time of day , now can't find him anywhere, not in Orig setting and also not in Content manager or sol or shader patch . Help please. Cheers

In Content Manager, the Time Multiplier is hidden here:

Not sure about the Kunos launcher, as I haven't used that for a long time.

Everytime I try to find a setting in the CM, I'm reminded of this passage from "Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy.
