Eric from what i can see he is already a racing club member so i don,t know what is wrong, i'll try to find out if there is something wrong with his application :good:

this is what I thought Yves but wanted to clear some channels before I gave him the PW for tonight. He's a really great guy who spent years at the track w/ me and lives 3 doors down literally.

We raided a couple of public servers last night and he is fine on conduct etc.

At this point can I have him enter and I relay him the PW? I'll vouch for him and you can paddle the crap out of me if he gets out of line!:messed:

...Even when the engine heatlh was 44% the car was still going 260 on the straight, and i was doing the same lap times, so the car was fine.
Couple of days ago i did a 20 laps race when i was using Motocadd and after 20 laps the engine was still 100%. So i think XD is not working properly. :)

I have never "blasted" an engine, well... just to test it, I started a run with XD at 95%, after a few minutes of murdering the engine, it was down to about 60% and the "shift gears" voice was constant even when I was no longer over rpming it and the temperature was below 100º. It blow soon after and went to 0%.

It doesn't do negatives values like Michael posted (if there is no damage model it goes to 4000% and above) and likely it is a linear relation when going down the %s... but maybe it isn't linear (ln or exp for instances), but the linear approach is easy and it should be sufficient.

260km/h... where (circuit), with what car?... it depends... I need more information. :wink2:

I don't know If I remember correctly, but I think you are going to do this one with the C6...

You don't need to be looking to the XD engine number...
I use the C6R, and look at it just out of curiosity 2 or 3 times in 3hrs race.

XD for me is above all to keep my interest in the race and in the fights going on by looking in the times on my right side of the screen, I use Motec for settings.

  • The C6 works well between 5000 rpm and 6250 rpm (endurance)…
  • 6500 if need be (but not necessary)…
  • 7000 rpm just when you (for some reason) want to keep the gear in sporadically (short straight).
  • Open those vents and you wont have the fastest car, but you will be there at race finish :wink2:
