Has there been anyone with the no power issue with the 300 rs Alcantara wheel (7 months old)? Great set up, just finished building my rig and going to 4k monitor and no power at all. Bummer! The customer service has put me at a 7 day stand still with computer generated emails. Has there been an issue with the warranty/customer service before? I've never had an issue with any equipment so I am new with their "system of doing things". Any advice? or any type of info is appreciated.
