Thrustmaster freestyle bike controller ps2

Hi all, I hope someone can advise on this I have a Thrustmaster freestyle bike controller which I was hoping to use with the Isle of Man TT game, but the controller has developed some faults when I plug it in (via a brook controller) it just activates the rumble motors and nothing else works, I think the PCB has died so I was wondering if there is any way to use this with a Leo Bodnar board something like this

Bearing in mind that I have no electronics experience but I'm quite good with my hands
