Thrusmaster TMX Shifter not working

Hi
I have a Thrustmaster TMX and the left shift paddle has become unresponsive. It works sometimes but mostly refuses to. Still makes the same sound and functions ok just not registering the input,

Can anyone help? Have any fixed?
