throttle in game question

Not sure why when I enter to drive a car the throttle automatically revs to redline not sure how to adjust is it the throttle sensitivity ?

That should be normal so long as it doesn't stay stuck there. Most of the time during race starts, when the engine starts, it will rev to the RPM limit momentarily, and then stop. Sometimes though, it seems to take a little longer and you need to hit the throttle to stop it. Definitely a little weird but not really a bug.
