Incidents

#1 Atze Kerkhof - Nick Rowland- T3 Lap 1

Protest: On the exit of Turn 3, Atze goes wide of the track. As I approach the kink of 3, Atze cuts clean straight back across the line hitting my front right and spearing me in to the barrier. My wheel is fully left and there is nothing more I can do as he turns back across. Allows no racing room.

Verdict: Kerkhof approaches turn 3 from a slightly unusual angle after having contact with Nelmes. Rowland enters the corner in a more orthodox driving line and while at the apex the cars touch, resulting in a DNF for Rowland. The incident is in the view of the director a result of different driving lines rather than Kerkhof blocking Rowland on purpose. Racing incident.

#2 Atze Kerkhof - Muhammed Patel - T1 Lap 1

Protest: Patel is heading into turn one, on the inside. Kerkhof tries a late move further on the inside under braking, and touches with Patel's side, sending him into a half spin, making him lose a number of positions which puts him towards the back of the pack and compromises his race.

Verdict: Patel, Wezenberg and Keithley all approach the narrow turn 1 in parallel. Kerkhof is the last one to brake into the corner and should have realized the lack of room and taken evasive action. While this did not happen, but bearing in mind the corner being narrow and the limited options, 0.5 penalty points to Kerkhof.

#3 Marco Conti - the whole race

Protest: Conti gained an unfair advantage by going wide in turn 8 for most of the laps during the whole race.

Verdict: A random review reveals cuts in turn 8 in the following laps being within 101.5% of the fastest lap of the actual stint of the driver:
2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31...
The examined cut laps (21/67) account for above 30% of the race total laps, the verdict being disqualification for Conti.

#4 Karim Wezenberg - the whole race

Protest: Wezenberg gains an unfair advantage by going wide in turn 8 in the following laps: 16, 18, 21, 22, 25, 31, 34, 35, 37, 39, 40, 41, 43, 44, 45, 47, 54, 56, 57, 58, 59, 62, 65, 67 and in turn 1 in laps 2 and 3.

Verdict: A full race review reveals cuts in the following laps being within 101.5% of the fastest lap of the actual stint of the driver:
turn 8: 16, 18, 25, 31, 34, 35, 37, 39, 41, 44, 45, 47, 54, 56, 58, 59, 65, 67
turn 1: 2, 3
The cut laps (20/67) account for above 20% but under 30% of the race total laps, the verdict being +60 seconds to race time for Wezenberg.

#5 Mattias Stahre - the whole race

Protest: Mattias Stahre cutted several times in the race like in lap 12 at 0:52 and sometimes also at turn 1 exit.

Verdict: A full race review reveals cuts in the following laps being within 101.5% of the fastest lap of the actual stint of the driver:
turn 8: 23, 24, 25, 29, 32, 45, 53, 59, 60, 61, 64, 66, 67
turn 7: 12
The cut laps (14/67) account for above 20% but under 30% of the race total laps, the verdict being +60 seconds to race time for Stahre.

Yeah that's fair enough. Atze I had submitted this not long after the race as apposed to when you spoke to me before. Thanks for the apology though.

Fair enough on the racing incident due to the lines.
