F1 2010 Think about make a full 2015 season mod,help me guys..

I'm thinking about make a entery 2015 season mod,with all the things(skins,garages,suits,fronted),for this game or f1 2011,due to the deception that I have with F1 2015 of Codies,so please help me to choose what game you prefer for this mod, F1 2011 or F1 2010,you choose.

Creating a mod for a handful of people using it (if even), surely is a lost job somehow.
Even I, who has had fun with 1994, 1997, 2007 mods for F1 2012, left F1 2012 due to its graphics being far outdated (2013 looks already so much better).
I never played 2010, I thought about it as it had some features that never existed again ...

How many people do you think still play 10 or 11 or 12? I see modding questions activity for 2013 at least.
It's a bunch of work, when the 1994 season for 2012 was finally finished, I thought it was more or less for nothing as people had already moved on a long time ago and didn't look back.
