There is one class that I do not care for at all.

In fact I can say that I do not even respect it.
Reason is because it is fictional.

Dont get me wrong.
The Extreme BMW is VERY fun to drive.
It is just I do not see my self devoting much time with those cars.
My interest peaks with real to life cars from these games.

Even more exciting are the all-new WTCC Extreme cars. These are pumped up fictional WTCC car designs developed by SimBin in cooperation with the FIA WTCC, and are exclusive to GTR Evolution.

Don't get too ahead of yourselves... Think DTM, looks XWTCC... Standardised engines, gearboxes, etc wrapped in a different manufacturers FRO (For Racing Only) bodies... DTM is very popular and now there is XWTCC in-game, and maybe soon on the track... Also, we might get an Audi XWTCC with the STCC... It hasn't been listed, but maybe... Then we just need the Merc...

XWTCC Spec:

Engine=4000cc 90 degree V8
Horsepower=600hp
Torque=850Nm
Weight=1000

DTM Spec:

Engine=4000cc 90 degree V8
Horsepower=480hp
Torque=515Nm
Weight=1050

The extreme's for me is my favorite at the moment. The sounds are great and the power is to be respected.
It just seems people dont drive them as well as the normal WTCC cars.

... just because Simbin couldn't get the license or rights to do a DTM class doesn't mean to say we shouldn't have it :evil:
The cars are great fun to drive ... so why not enjoy them?

As Guenther similarly points out ... they delivered the closest thing they could to DTM without being sued, and have thus have provided a great basis for someone to quickly create a DTM mod from - so if they can't build it, they have made it as easy as possible for someone else to build ... good job simbin :clap2:
