The "What Are You Working On?" Thread

I'm doing final touches on a new race track.
Circuit du Laquais. A 3 km track in the French Alps.
Here is a comparison between mod and real life footage.
Hope to release it in july.
I've been wondering if you were working on something! Looks awesome, really life-like. Seems like a great track for those mid range cars

Yeah... life kept me busy. I had this track 60% finished sitting on my computer for almost 3 years now.
Finally decided it was a shame I was the only one enjoying it... :ninja:

So I'm giving it a fresh coat of paint and add all the belles & whistles from CSP that I can, material setting to look best with SOL, to finally give it to the Assetto Corsa community. :)

Bit of a shift from my dabbling with skins, and back to what I know best. As I have a g920 (don't have the room for a dedicated rig just an apex stand that packs away) I wanted to add a few modifications to it.
Going to 3d print it first, then probably crack out the aluminium if it works.

now that's when you show this to Ilja and he says "hold my beer, i'll implement some gravity for hanging objects"
Isn't that already implemented ? I made the dangley little keychain hoping it was already a feature.

Well, at least the antenna is wobbly.

It's getting there. Next step is detailing the inside, Unwrapping, baking and texturing.
I'm still looking for some help on physics and sound.

Wait... Is that B-Berg? Are you giving it a little spit shine and finally able to release it to the community? :O
Not a polish of the original, no. I've decided to remake it from the ground up, so I can finally release it.

In that screenshot I was just testing my new physical road mesh and comparing it to my original one ( which was as flat as a billiard table).

I've learned a lot over the last 5 or 6 years.

All documented here

Doing my first skin. I think it's pretty much done, but I'd like to learn how to edit the materials at some point. I'm thinking I might want the paint to be matte, and the vinyls to be gloss. I'd also like to make the lipstick on the wheels less metallic looking so they can be brighter.
