They must of heard of the fun we have in GTLegends...:D

It will be nice to see hows these line up against the older ones..
Would like to see the 1275 gt clubman aswell that was my weapon of choice in my younger years..

Thanks for the kind replies. If this project goes well I may consider making some other Minis...
that's if someone's willing to help me.

And Rupe, I would love to make a 1275GT too. I love all Minis really, but I wanted to start with the Rover cars as they are far easier to get data for and I will be able to compare the mod to the real thing.

Hi, :)
who doesn't love a mini. I wish you great success in your project
When I saw your mini pictures all those great memories came flooding back...
Im sure you'l do a great job....

Thank you. I'll put plenty of time into the physics of the car, but if there's nobody to make a model then the mod will remain a dream sadly.

Just to update this thread, Dinca is now working with me and creating the model (thanks :)), and hopefully we will be able to update this thread with progress. I have all the data I should need to make the physics so I can start as soon as AC is released, and in the meantime I will be helping Dinca to make sure the model is as accurate as possible to the real thing. We're planning on modelling the sim version mostly off my car, so it will be right hand drive.

If anyone is interested in helping with sounds, please PM me.

Wow made with eyescanning technology?

Looks great already Dinca
Eye-scanning technology is far more advanced than laser. :roflmao::laugh:

Looking mighty fine so far, just curious about what sort of poly amounts are you aiming at?

As low as possible without damaging the quality.I dont have a target, but i am absolutely sure with today technology will not be a problem if its not to low in the end.
