The Shelby Cobras, mod vs Kunos's: what's the difference?

There's Kunos's Shelby Cobra that comes with the game and there's the the_meco & Pankykapus's mod.

Are they different?

Kuno's is actually taken from the mod. They only kept the S/C version, which is a street version of the race car. Like a road legal track version if you like.

The mod includes the Street car, the Replica (a Cobra with modern components) and a full-on Competition version.
