Fixed race day. (Wednesdays for Touring Cars always provided full grids about 7 months ago)
Mixed track selection of both default and a big share of mod content.
Use the S2000 format / Race07 / RaceON / STCC (Most club racers have this content) + Vauxhall Vectra (mod) Alternate with STCC2 content.
Dedication is a big part, always be present in the races you organize and try to give them a personal touch. Make sure people race by the rules and confront them if necessary.
Friendly development takes place during pre race practice on Team speak were you should be present as a host encouraging racers to share set-ups and race info. What is the use of being on TS during a race if there is no one to share information with on it. Owning the game content of the races you organize also helps.
After some time people will start to know and learn how to race each other lowering the amount of incidents on track.
Respect and community spirit is imminent.
Good luck with the Simbin racing club. I hope it will take off again like the old days (about 7 months ago) But keep in mind the Race series is really end of life by now.
