Yes its a tricky one.
It will depend what range voters see as "The Community"

I would vote for Morand if asked "who is the fastest open wheel driver in the sim racing world".
But asked the question above I voted for someone else.

Not everyone knows everyone too. So the more people that come in and vote the better the result I guess.
