The most Italian car maker?

Until a year or so ago I would have said Ferrari, but I am really tired of their customer service antics and the fact that they make 50% of the company profits from spare parts (ever tried to buy a windshield for a Ferrari?). That isn't very Italian. I connect Italian with a friendly kind of passion, maybe with a bit of snobbery, but not cold-hearted ripoff.

So although Ferrari is now standalone (no more pairing with Maserati via Fiat), and Lamborghini is owned by VW, I think Lamborghini has now surpassed them as my mental go-to Italian sports car maker.

Anything that has anything to do with Chrysler is out for me, which rules out most of that list, being part of Fiat-Chrysler.
