Testing on a open track ...

Hi all,
I am a new user of BTB and I discovered its potential, but ... I do not know how to operate the stopwatch in "testing" on a track open? It is possible or not??

Sorry for my English, I use translator ...

You need to set up a basic centre-line, racing line and timing gates, but it's an easy process.

Click on

and select Append Track. If you only have one, it'll do it automatically. If you have several tracks, choose your main one.

Move the pitlane using the 3d view.

Click on the Timing Gates tab to move the Finish line, pin-in and pit-out, and sectors 1 and 2.

I thought he meant something like setting up the extra X-sector timing gate that point-to-point tracks require but I've not had enough experience at that to be able to explain properly to feel confident in explaining the process to someone who needs to use Goggle Translator...
Would you be able to help him please RSoul?

Excuse me, it is very difficult to explain ....
I know how to track open or closed and implement timing.
But this open track timing does not work in test mode, race mode only ....

Examples in pictures
1. creating a track open
2. the clock does not work
3. in testing mode
