Teamspeak issues!

Guys, I have a problem with teamspeak! When I join TS I can hear people talk but they can't hear me? My input works correct then but my output doesn't work? In Skype I don't have that problem! Please help guys.. any suggestions?

Are you saying that, you know that your mic works, when you test your mic in TS you can see the bar move above the set threshold level but when you talk in TS your blue light does not come on?
