F1 2010 Teammate comparison

Hey people, im just approaching the half way point of the season1 on expert mode and apart from me skipping monaco my teammate cant get anyway near me. So far i have picked up all of the points for my team this season. Is anybody else mistified by thier teammates lack of performance? I just wanted some feedback with other peoples experience with there teammates for thier 1st season.

I just got to Red Bull in Season 4 to race with Vettel (since he has finished 2nd in the previous three seasons by a landslide and to also get the finish 1-2 Trophy), well I am almost done with the year and Vettel has only finished in the points four times. I'm not drawing any conclusions from this, just thought it was something to note...

Season 2 with Ferrari, Alonso is my team mate and hees pushed me through the first 4 races, weve had two 1-2s and we r 1st and 2nd in championship
