Team Event - Lotus Elan/Porsche 914 @ Spa Thursday 25th June

Conditions: 15.00 In-game race time
Practice: 20 min
Qualification: 10 min
Race: 10 laps (See Note 4 below)

Note2: Porsche 914 skinpack will be used Download if needed.

Team Event Rules:
1. Teams consisting of 2 drivers will be allocated at random, on or before the day of the event.
2. Drivers must sign up before the event takes place to be allocated a team at random. Drivers who arrive not signed up before the teams are created out of the signed up drivers will complete the rest of the teams in the order whihc they arrive.
3. Each team will be allocated a skin to use for each car in the sign up thread. These skins must be used by that team. The skin choice is not open for debate.
4. Drivers will alternate the cars in the two races.
Race 1 - Driver 1 = Elan, Driver 2 = Porsche
Race 2 - Driver 1 = Porsche, Driver 2 = Elan
5. In the event of an odd number of participants, one team will have 3 members allocated, and the best 2 scores per race will count in the event totals for that team. Driver 3 should mirror Driver 1 in car usage (Race 1= Elan, Race 2= Porsche)

To everybody...

It was a great event for me. I loved to race on my "home"track and it again showed how tough GTL can be... My start was bad in the Porsche, wich caused smbd to rear end me. Laps later i spin on the Raidillon and crash big time... Went in pit to fix stuff up and came back out with stop/go...
So laps later i come back in to see the pit system trip out and place me in a lateral position in the pit... Nothing happens and i keep giving the porsche gas... After 20 secs it shoots back to life and i was wondering if i did the stop/go now or not... Come back over the finish line after a lap and bam... Disqualified... Strange race... lol

Second race was much better with the Elan and was massive fun!! i really love this track and for me Stuart it wasn't too long, hehe.

Btw no problem. I had bigger issues the first race so i should apologies, wich by this i do. We were a good team, we just didn't had a good chance to show

@ Hans, lol great stuff, good song on it and hupla i was shaking around a bit while watching the story slide by... Tx mate no worries on the fighting! It's the first time i actually met smb on track who knows how to close a door... You do that in front off me, not next to me. And that's how it needs to be done. On the raidillon i should've kept my distance...That's all... Great racing with you, and you won the battle!
