Task Bar Adjustments

I have smaller side screens on my triples and I can't get to my task bar because I had to reduce the pixels so the side screens match.
I see 'item text offsets, x and y' in CM but they don't seem to do anything?
Is there a way to move the task bar to the left?

For future reference the original taskbar check box is in GUI.

I didn't realize the original check box wasn't visible in that picture.
I wish it showed the check box for original task bar.
Did it get moved last update?

They say its in the GUI I think it is and now that I think of it I pretty sure they're right!
Why revert back to original Taskbar check box be in GUI instead of the Taskbar app, I have no idea!
And that answers my question why I can't see it in that picture.
