Driver swap tutorial Build 198

Hi
After testing the driver change, which by the way works perfectly.
I end up with the game only spectate.
The solution, given that removing "+ spectate" does not work, was all stupid

but just change the "+" to "-".
What gives, "spectate".

Is this normal?
Or am I doing something wrong?

Did you even read the guide Stefan posted?

It's in there.

Let me explain what happens.
When you start the game with setting: +spectate, what actually happens is that the multiplayer.ini file is modified. The value for Spectate parameter is set to 1, which means you will log on as spectator.
Now, removing the +spectate does nothing. It doesnt change that value in the multiplayer.ini file to a 0, just because a command is NOT done.

So, to set it to 0 again (value for joining as driver), you need to perform the -spectate AT LEAST once.
Once done, the value is back to 0, and the command can be removed again from the launcher screen.

No. But thats just because the swaps are not officially released

It's not that hard to make it work in the UI. But with all the builds coming, its hard to keep updating the UI.

Here an example:

As you can see, the position is now taken by some other command (skins), but its easy to put the selector there.

The result of both actions is the same. It sets the parameter to 1, and with the launcher line, it's a lot less updating

I am sure ISI will put the selector in soon now.
