That is weird. I've experienced a one time bug with a mod where you couldn't change compound in race when parc ferme was enabled. But it was just me that had that bug in the race. We tried to figure it out after race and there was an untested theory that it could've been caused when I first went out in qualy with soft compound, but didn't complete a timed lap and then changed to hard compound and did a timed lap with that.

i only tested it by setting a timed lap on softs on qualy, skipping to race, everything but tires could be changed, in the pit stop menu i could only select no change or softs
