Really fun racing - thanks everyone!
Seems the attrition rate was quite high. Only something like 10 out of 17 finished. I enjoy long races because they can reward consistency and clean driving.

Started P10 and had some good battles with Bob and Ollie - thanks for the good fun guys! Bob was insistent on postponing his brake point for T1 to the last moment. Once I received a good bump from behind sending me into the grass (but no harm done). After I made a mistake, Bob got ahead and was expanding his lead only to overshoot T1 again. So I took back his place.

I had a spin exiting one chicane which put me back a few places onto Jim's tail. He was only fractionally slower and I was having difficulty passing safely, so I decided to take an early pit stop on L14. Later I had a stop-and-go penalty for cutting. After serving this, I came out of the pit only to see in my mirror Abdul barreling down on me, so I moved over out of his way. Hopefully I didn't cause him too much trouble avoiding me. Then I was in P6 in a big dead zone with 30 seconds to the next car up and a minute+ to the one behind, so I just got in the zone and stayed focused on safe driving 'til the end.

I really enjoyed the races. We had great battles and fair driving with little mistakes. Sorry Yves, I had lagging problems so I shouldn't have accelarate and make u spin. And sorry Bob for stoping after the last corner, it was my fault.
The forced pit stops made the 2nd race so exciting. I had a few laps alone, and after pit stops I got a mate in my ass, in next lap we got other 2 mates in asses.

ignition and starter buttons? hhhmmmmm I think I am just hitting an ignition button not a starter.

pretty sure the preset is 0 fuel too.

I use auto clutch as I don;t have clutch pedal.

I'll check it all out and hopefully discover its corrected now.

Graphics improved, not totally fixed but no graphics driver crashes last coupla times out so I am feelin positive on making this one - bash my name down would ya guv? :thumb:


EDIT: Aieeeccchhh ... just spotted the :rain: - will test soon and let you know if it causes any serious issues with my graphics (ie, if I need to drop out again)
