I am going to be watching the replays myself and post my thoughts up here tonite or tomorrow along with my race reports.

Gary I am sorry that you feel that way, but I would hate to see you not participate with us in the future man. Generally the quality/standard of racing in our Friday races has never been an issue. I do however agree that we could use tracks that are a little longer. I recently have felt tracks around 1:20 laps would be ideal and running 14-15 laps extending the races a bit.

Anyways the quick shot of it is, I believe these are isolated incidents, and those involved should receive a warning if needed, and we should just use this as a stepping stone to increase the quality of racing and do out best to try and prevent it from repeating.

Thanks
Keith

It was definitely pretty rough on the first lap of both races. I, myself, am guilty of turning Abdul sideways in the first race. I apologize to Abdul for that. :shame:
Though I am new to sim racing, I am not new to racing in general. Until I get the experience, I'm going to be near the back of the pack most of the time and need to be patient those first few turns so that things can get sorted out ahead of me.
The skill of you guys that are always up front amazes me and, I hope, someday soon, I'll get to be up there with you, fighting for those top spots. And, I hope that you'll be among them, Gary.

I had fun last night. My first race was pretty bad as I ended up near the bottom (15th or so). The second race was better and I finished 8th and 8th overall.
I wasn't totally impressed with the track, though it kind of grew on me as the races wore on.
I'm fine with any size track, though a longer one would be nice. Someplace we can "stretch our legs" a bit.

Overall, I'm impressed with the friendliness, helpfulness and general conduct of the racers' at RD. I'm digging in for the long haul, so plan on seeing me on the grid a lot!

Hmmn!! Good to see the "friendly" tone of this group. :eyeroll:

Just to say that there is nothing bad in what I've said, I just wanted to explain that we should not make reflexions (not you Warren or Gary) if you shoot someone while it is precisely that which is before changing the line and it is already too late
I do not know if you understand what I mean ...

as we already said before, this is for fun ... ;)

Regards,
Greg.

ok, we got one person on the maybe list (keith).... so unless he turns up to confirm his spot as definite... there's still a space for someone to have....
