Strange problem with downloading Xpacks

Hi everyone I have a weird problem. When I click Proffesional ---> Additional Xpacks it leads me to a login page. I log in click again and it lead me to login again. I cant get acces to more xpacks :/

You need to purchase a license for the full version of BTB first before you can download additional stuff.
