uh i checked the file maybe you havent payed bills if not that then i will try to fix just reply if it was the bills or not. and im meaning the electric bill and phone bill

fixed bugs added tweaks.

-replaced battery on both saves
-placed batteries in house for rusty and non inspected
-fixed glitching issues with gifu and van
ALL PARTS ARE AT LEAST 100% ON BOTH SAVES.
