Stock car extreme won´t start. Windows 8 and intel hd graphics?

I need to install some dx9 file it says when trying to launch gsc config. I have dx 11 installed on windows 8 and is not allowed to install dx 9 on this operating system? It´s not compatible?

I would want to view a skin I am making and I suppose there is no car view tool you can use instead of launching the game?

It works fine for me in Windows 7 and Windows 8.
Take a look in the support folder. There's a directx folder with DXSetup application. I have not used this myself, but I know others have fixed DX problems using this. Sorry I can't be more specific.

I have big problem to start the Stock Car Extreme on my windows 7
it said : Crash File [C:\user\JoJo\AppData\Local\Temp\gs5\crashdumps\GSC393.dmp]
for other racing game there is no problem but for Stock Car Extreme it won't open the game ....
Can anyone here help me out?

Have the same issue. GSC is starting ok and let me chose a Race. As soon as I start to drive, boom, crash file.

Windows 8.1, Nvidia Titan X. Before 1.31 GSC was running fine.
