I've never really played rfactor THAT much. Usually, f1 2012, race 07, rfactor 2 and Iracing. In those games, I'm usually a maximum of 2 seconds off the fastest aliens.
however, in rfactor, I seem to get understeer. the car is sluggish in turning in and rotating. i've tried changing springs and setup but to no avail. i've even used the setups of that masters of this game and still, against the very best i'm 5 seconds off. i can see from replays that they brake slightly later but the main difference is that they get on the power quicker - because they have rotated the car faster. it does't matter what line i drive or approach the turn, the cars are sluggish.
i drive using a csr.
i'm wondering if anyone has any tips with the in game steering settings
could somebody send me their x y settings, % for steering etc so that I can try them out?
