i seem to be lagging, maybe my ping is to high not sure

well, that was certainly an interesting race

Qualified well, but with three well known faster guys ahead of me, I knew I was going to have to settle for the top five. Peter dropped out with mechanical troubles, so I was in third with Dennis chasing me and Aaron up ahead. Soon the pit stops began, and Reggie lost his connection. I had pulled way away from Dennis, so I knew second was in the bag easy. But when the pit stops cycled through, I found myself ahead of Aaron. I went ninja mode and began to pull out a further lead until I won the race!

After an up and down week, I have come to truly appreciate this track, and I look forward to racing with you guys in Porto next week ;)

With a bit of practice I got the coveted POLE!

The Race starts
...:)
I started quite well and kept the P1.
With my little mistake at the first turn, Reggie Blain overtook me.
I had a pretty good setup and I tried to regain my position.
But since I had no picture of his driving ( 1st lap ) in 6th turn Reggie broke much earlier than me and in my effort not to bump on him Ι cut through the "s".
= RESULTS =
I get a SnG
and before the next turn, someone bumped on me and I also got suspension problems, so it was pretty much pointless to continue the Race.
The Race finished...:(

I want to thank Dennis for this event and the track choice.

Really, Riverside is a legend and I enjoyed it a lot.
Thank you guys for participating.
See you around...

That's me done. Being forced off track in a club race does it for me.

Thanks Dennis for all the races you have organised, top man.

Really, really sorry Bob, I was defending too hard in that moment. Wanted to wait for you, but then you disappeared...
I understand it's all over for me in RD.

Heya, seems like I missed some action (due to, yet again, connection issues. seems better now, but only time will tell..)? :/

Please take some time to let the incident/event/anything sink in - get in touch via PM if you feel the need to do so (apologize, explain, argue, ask for the other guy's view, whatever you deem appropriate :))
Once everyone & -thing has cooled down (read: 24hrs-ish ;)), feel free to file an incident report if you think it should be investigated.

Also, please don't leave due to one incident and/or in a heartbeat after a subpar race - this old, old game needs every driver ;)

MY Mini has been in several team garages and has been touched by a number of engineers, it's alway a pleasure to drive and today was another nice day for it. 5th on the grid wasn't bad.

A fair launch after practicing during the warmup and on the way to T6 in 5th as well a great start. Nelson just pulled away and I was left some breathing room for a while. L10 I was keeping my foot down in T2 and ran wide into the culvert on the outside losing at least three places. I got back on behind Nuno and once I had passed him pitted for two tires. A lap later Bob came out of the pit in front of me but all I could do after closing on him was to watch him pull away :(, the good news we were catching Rafael :). Bob left and eventually I closed on Rafael and just kept the pressure up, he broke, wide in T2  and the rest of the race was rolling rhythm, racing by the numbers and if the no one had dropped I would have been just one place down from my start :O_o:.

Thanks to all for putting up with the break in of RD's new server. This was our first race on it and it did take a bit to get all the settings right on the DS so we could have fun. Your patience was appreciated!

Next week a tougher, street course. It's also one we haven't been to in AGES! Walls, chicanes and all the fun stuff that are dear to us :). There are two more street tracks that I like in game and another to download. But don't worry, we have long fast tracks and short fun tracks coming up too
