I was curious about ht erear tyre thing so I did some testing on the server yesterday evening. First of all the car-track-combo better and better lap after lap. "Playing" with the curbs is big fun. ;)

I did hot lapping in qualy and filled up the car in warm up. So far my qualy setup (see attached) felt stable. You can push the car hard with it. Entering race now indeed it feels much more loose. Right rear tyres starts cooking soon and grip is gone after 3-5 laps. Nearly impossible to control.

Then I tryed Yves setup, because he doesn't seem to have that issue. I instantly noticed how much more under steering his setup is, most likely due to the very, very soft rear ARB and suspension. Yves setup is good to go hard over the curbs without hooking up on them but for me pesonally it turns way too slow. ;)

So back to my setup and softening rear ARB and susp step by step. And it works. The more I softend it, the later the tyres heat up, the later they loose grip and so on. So to make it through a stint I finally ended up with the attached race setup. So I suggest to give this idea a try if someone has problems.

Here's the comparison of Yves rear ARB / suspension and my one from qualy and race trim.

Yves: 10 / 45
Reik race: 30 / 65
Reik qualy: 60 / 90

However I never had such a big difference in grip between warm up and race in other cars. But I don't care about that now that I know how to deal with it. :whistling:

And here's a lap vid from chase and TV-view... ;)
