STC Black cup calendar

I saw on the STC website the schedule for the Black cup. And I saw that there is only one week between Detroit and Suzuka race. And 3 weeks between Rouen and Spa.

Is it normal or is it a mistake in the schedule ?

So you confirm that there is only 1 week between the event of the 29th of October and the event of the 5th of November. And 3 weeks between the event of the 19th of November and the event of the 10th of December ?
Is it not a mistake ?

Do you know why there is not always 2 weeks between each events ?
